The Design Process

	Initial Consultation After filling out a quote or questionaire a designer will contact you and talk to you about your specific needs more in depth.
	Down Payment / Contract After the consultation you will be asked to pay a down payment if you would like to purchase a web site, etc. You will be also asked to sign a contract. This contract protects you and Zaero Design.
	Concept Creation When the down payment is received and the contract signed, creation of the concept(s) will begin. Depending on the amount of concepts, this step will take anywhere from 2 days to a week.
	Concept Revisions After your review of the concepts, your specified revisions will be made to the concept you choose. The final draft will then be sent back for approval. This process should take no more than 2 days.
	Design Coding Once your selected concept is approved, production of the design will begin. This process will take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. The site will be uploaded to Zaero Design's server so you can view the work in process whenever you please!
	Content Insertion Once the design is finished, all of you desired text, pictures, business tools, etc, will be inserted into the pages. This will take no more than 1-2 days.
	Final Revisions At this point, the web site is complete and ready for your approval. Final revisions will be made as you see fit.
	Final Payment When you approve the web site, your final payment is due. You can initiate payment or you can have Zaero Design bill your credit card. Your web site will not go live until the web site has been paid in full!
	Web site setup Your web site will now be transferred to your web host and will go live. If you do not have a web host we will yet, we will give you a link to download the files, or you can get your web hosting from us!
